We’ve already had a couple of emails saying people are not able to access the booking system. The problem has been that students are trying to access it from home. As stated in the first week, you generally must be at Swinburne in order to access the system. This is due to IT’s security policies and unfortunately isn’t something we can change at this time.
You MAY be able to get around the problem by installing the VPN on you Mac/Windows/Linux machine at home. ITS has been updating this in the past week, however it now appears to be online. This looks to be a brand new setup, so we are not sure how it will go just yet.
